AFFILIATION: THE SYNDICATE

Slade runs hot and doesn't apologize for it. He came up under Roth and Vaughan before transferring to Brock and Nolan's unit, and the transition hasn't smoothed all his edges. He's broad-shouldered, quick to react, and operates with the kind of conviction that makes him effective and occasionally difficult to manage in the same breath. He believes in what the Syndicate does and doesn't need it explained to him. That certainty is both his asset and his limit.

He serves under Brock and Nolan alongside his partner Keller, the most experienced Enforcer on the team, paired with Slade specifically because newer additions benefit from running with someone who's already made most of the mistakes worth making. The dynamic works. Keller keeps Slade pointed in the right direction. Slade keeps the energy moving.

He has a temper he doesn't always rein in before it costs him something, and a strong read on what he thinks is right that doesn't always align with what he's been told. When those two things conflict, the room tends to know about it.
