Ollie is the Den's ambient noise given a face and a pair of restless hands. He fixes what's broken, keeps the lights on, patches the plumbing, and treats all of it with the same cheerful irreverence he brings to everything else. If something in the building still works, there's a reasonable chance Ollie is the reason, even if nobody thought to ask him and he never thought to mention it.

He's one of the younger members of the crew, and it shows in the best possible way. There's a genuine, unguarded delight to how he moves through the world, finding the joke in the situation everyone else is grinding through, committing to the bit even when nobody asked him to. He doesn't do it for attention. He just seems to find life genuinely funny, and the Den is a better place for it.

He's reliable on a job, which surprises people who've only seen him on a good night. The energy redirects rather than disappears, and what's left when the work starts is someone who covers his position and gets it done without needing to be managed.

The crew would describe him as a lot. They'd say it with a grin.
