Jensen does the work that doesn't make the debrief. Surveillance runs in the early hours, vehicle recovery after a job goes sideways, undercover positions that require someone who can pass unnoticed in a room full of people who are very good at noticing. He moves through all of it with a measured, deliberate pace that keeps the noise down and the results clean.

He serves under Brock and Nolan alongside his partner Briggs, and the two of them have spent enough time in parked cars and cold corridors together that the communication between them has compressed to almost nothing. A look, a nod, a shared timing that doesn't need words. They run a quiet unit within a loud team, and that suits both of them fine.

He keeps a professional distance from leadership, not because of friction but because that's simply how he's built. Bosses aren't friends. Work is work. He shows up, delivers, and doesn't require anything more from the dynamic than that.
