Eli is the youngest face in most rooms he walks into, and he makes sure nobody forgets he's there. He's loud, fully committed to whatever he's doing in the moment, and entirely unbothered by whether that bothers anyone else. Opinions get delivered at full volume. Controllers get thrown. He doesn't do anything halfway.

He came up in the Vipers young enough that the Den has always been the only version of home he's known. That builds loyalty into the bones rather than the head, and Eli's loyalty runs deep without needing to be announced. He just shows up, every time, and gives everything he has to whatever the crew needs from him.

What catches people off guard is how fast he locks in when the job starts. The volume drops, the noise redirects, and what's left is someone who moves clean and covers his position without being told twice. He's still finding the edges of what he's capable of, but the instinct was always there.

He's got more heart than polish. Most of the crew would tell you that's the better thing to have.
